Bills restaurant is an ideal place to eat when visiting Cardiff City centre.The location is within walking distance to all amenities. It's noisy outside but when you enter Bills there is a sense of calmness where you instantly relax. Personnel welcome you with a friendly smile and are tentative throughout your dining experience. There is a wide selection on the menu and it is good value for money so I urge you to give Bills a try

So very busy and walk ins being seated before us despite us having a reservation. There were only 2 of us and other parties of 2 were sat first so it wasn’t to do with table size availability. Food was good. Drinks very expensive for what they are. Very busy Saturday lunch time so not a relaxing ambience. I’m sure it would be lovely at quieter times. I will go again despite the above. Overall good value (despite the drinks!)

Quick service. Quick to get food out. Consistent food of good quality. Nice coffees all round. Surprisingly expensive.

Busy Saturday evening, only seats available at the counter by the chefs, preparing food so have your back to the restaurant. Very attentive waiter, good knowledge of food & attentive. Had the sharing starter with the dry ice & tree, amazing presentation, also ordered California Mali & gyozas but was too much for 2 people. Dj playing music was good but also a violinist walking around which was a bit load & not really needed on top of the music
