   The exposed kitchen provides for what feels like a hands-on experience in culinary creation. The high ceilings do more than trap the lively conversations as this open concept restaurant is active, lively, and typically packed to the brim. There’s good reason for this. The food! We started with the Ricota with grilled bread, which was incredibly buttery and light. Our second course or the chicken gizzards at top, Angel cabbage and mixed herbs. I found this a little oily, and it was my first time having gizzards Reminded me a little bit of duck in the texture as well as flavor. Next, we opted for the squirting pasta with pink lobster. This was my favorite part of the meal as well as the jewel on the menu, the Bronzino. The Bronzino is delicately filleted and decorated with Serano peppers, herbs, spices, and something sweet however, I couldn’t quite place it. All in all Bestia is a 8.5/10 in my book. It is pricey for such a loud non intimate dining experience however perfect for groups.

   Another exceptional meal at Bestia. The pizza is what brings me in every time and it never disappoints. Apple and endive salad and Caesar are standards here and always worth sharing with the table. The chicken gizzards were a great recent add as was the duck. Both were special. And the new wine pairings (3 levels for something for everyone) elevated the entire meal.

   The food was fantastic and the service was absolutely wonderful! The only downside was the noise level was so high I couldn't hear my friends talking across the table.

   Love Bestia. One of the best in LA. Have been here several times over the years and never disappoints. Duck Liver Pate is the best. All pastas are good but tried the pumpkin this time and it was amazing. Chocolate bundino is a must.

   Online only 9:30 pm table was available, when confirming booking they were able to moved us earlier to 8:30 pm on Sat. Very happening place, love the decor & vibe, very noisy tho. Very good food - full of flavour & nice use of ingredients. Service was very good too - from our server to team - changed our plates without us requesting for it, switched a small plate for remaining food to make space for incoming food without us even asking for it. Very smooth. Definitely will come back again.

   Pate was the best I’ve ever had. Pasta dish (cavatelli w truffle) was rich and decadent. Budino Tart was a fantastic end to dinner. My server was attentive/amazing and “got that I got it” as a foodie. Table behind me was raging/pretty loud but added to the fun on a Friday night. Super happy I made a reservation and thrilled I got to dine here. Highly recommended.
