   How do you top Berns? The experience and service is bar none. Really there is nothing that compares.

   Spending New Years Eve/Anniversary at Bern’s was such a special celebration. When I booked the reservation, I mentioned it was our anniversary. When someone called to confirm the reservation a few days before, they wished us happy anniversary. When we told our server it was our anniversary, she gave us a card saying let’s celebrate. In the dessert room, they gave us a complementary ice cream for our anniversary celebrations. All of those little touches made the customer experience top notch! The food was amazing. Everything came out pretty quickly, was delicious and food was hot. It was my second time eating there but first time doing the kitchen and wine tour. Both were really neat. Every employee we interacted with were well mannered and made the night very enjoyable.

   Disappointing. My filet mignon was improperly cooked. Others in our party has steaks that were too fatty. Other issues and changes were blamed by the manager on "covid". We have been to Bern's for New Year's Eve every year since 2018 (except for 2020 covid) and without disappointment until now.
