   Weird vibes, not an upscale ambience at all . 3 hour wait, despite having reservations. The mug for my tea came out to me dirty, smudged with brown sticky goop. The 5 course meal was so spread out I couldn’t enjoy it. By the time my meat was ready, my rice was cold. I saw people arrive after me and leave before the chef even arrived to the table. Won’t return.

   The food was tasty, we went on Christmas and waited 2 hours with a reservation, overall it was « ok »

   We waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes for a Chef to come to our Teppan. The womens bathroom was disgusting - out of four stalls, 3 stalls were clogged with hidious stuff in the bowls and the fourth stall was constantly running but the bowl was clear due to the water continuously running. I informed one of the staff, who stated that she would get it handled.

   We had a reservation and had other groups that just arrived seated before us. Our drinks took forever and had our server when we check on us two times throughout the service.

   Our chef Sarah was awesome and very personable. All of our food was cooked to perfection! My sister in law said the shrimp was the best she ever had, and the filet mignon was very tender snd juicy. Highly recommend.

   Not a good night for us!! We were there almost 3 hours 😕 Our food was served so sporadically, everything was cold; our chef had zero personality; the fan noise was much higher than before....it was a really bad choice for a family, holiday gathering

   Made a reservation, but still took 1 hr to sit us. Once we were sat service was decent, friendly and attentive staff. Food was mid, price way high. wait was insane with a reservation.

    My family had to wait 2hrs to have our food cooked. We arrived at 2:40pm and didn't leave until 5:30pm. When three other parties that sat down after us had already left when we had barely started eating. This was explained to the night time manager who other complaints prior to him walking in. He tried to accommodate but could've did more being that we had to wait so long for a Chef. It's not the customers fault if their under staffed. That was unacceptable
