   I did not have a very good experience. I made a reservation, paid for two hour parking. I had a reservation at 7 and they didn’t seat me until 7:52. The food was decent but not worth the long wait. Our food was cooked until right before 9. I left shortly after 9:30. I watched them seat huge groups and inquired if they were seating people without reservations and they claimed that they had reservations which I doubt. They gave me a voucher for one free appetizer but definitely did not make up for the poor experience. I drove there all the way from Indiana to take my daughter and niece and they ruined the experience with their lack of Planning. What’s the point of having a reservation if they’re just going to make you wait anyway . I’d skip it and find a more professional dining experience. Also the chefs have super old shirts looked yellowish and was falling apart literally torn and yellow. Would not recommend.

   Server tried hard but was assigned too many tables. Had to go out to flag down the server to get dessert. The children did well but this could have been a problem as they were getting restless. We had to sit there staring at our dirty dishes until we were leaving (don't know why the busboy didn't come by). We expect better from a restaurant this expensive.

   Very good food, they have to chill on the salt 🙄 they run my blood pressure up everytime with that salty rice & noodles : lol but I love the appetizers , the workers are friendly & the bar is amazing ! I just hope the food get better

   Our chef Ardis was incredible! Put on amazing show for kids and adults alike. Our server Ana was also incredibly helpful and friendly. Delicious food and fun environment for a family outing.

   Mediocre is all I have to say. Having to wait an hour at the hibachi table without food is ridiculous

   It was very nice. Our first date. The chef spoke in Spanish to Mexican people and did special things for them. My date and I just spoke to each other.

   I have been in another Benihana locations. This one came out short in many ways. The waitress service and the host were exceptional though
