   Reservations don't matter on a busy day. Seated 30 minutes after reservation time, only to wait an additional hour at the table before they even started making the food. Entertaining chef, nice waiter and good food.. but not worth the price and cramped seating.

   The first server we had was terrible but the cook and second server stepped up and made a good night for me and my family.

   Chef wasn’t that good. Used way too much salt on Everything! Even the fried rice was over salted. Was leaving the station, most people done eating and didn’t offer sauces for the food. I had to ask and remind him. Also, had 6:30 pm reservations didn’t get seated until after 7:30. I feel like we should have gotten a discount or refund due to the terrible terrible dinner. A $64 steak and lobster wasted! Our bill for 2 of us was $178.00 WITHOUT alcohol. Wish we could have gotten a different chef.

   Sat us >30 minutes late, old fashioneds are garbage but prob my fault for expecting more, wouldn’t take kids order of non hibachi things before. Saving grace was our hibachi master Alexis who saved the evening.

   We had the Hibachi chicken that I included soup which is not hot just warm , it includes the salad which It was very tiny I had not seen lettuce, tomatoes etc but a very small container with more of the soupy dressing So disappointed Overall too expensive but Not happy with meals !

    If you value your time, avoid this hibachi restaurant on busy nights like Fridays and Saturdays. While the food and experience might be enjoyable, the reservation system is a nightmare. Reservations are consistently running an hour or more behind, making for an extremely frustrating evening. I’m understanding of a short delay, but an hour wait after a reservation time is unacceptable, especially at a restaurant where the dining experience already takes 1.5-2 hours. By the time you factor in the wait to be seated, you’re committing to a 4-hour ordeal. This makes it impossible to plan an evening around dinner here, whether it’s catching a Broadway show or keeping restless kids entertained. The restaurant should drastically limit reservations to better manage their seating and respect their customers’ time. Their current system is inconsiderate and chaotic. If they don’t make changes, I do not recommend dining here unless you’re prepared to waste a significant part of your night waiting.
