The Beaumond Cross Inn is a family run, Grade Two listed building that has been beautifully restored, refurbished and turned into an inn with 10 hotel standard bedrooms, a well stocked bar and serving fresh homemade food.

The Beaumond Cross Inn serves breakfast everyday and anybody is welcome to join us. It includes fresh fruits, yogurts, cereals, fresh breads and hot toast, fresh fruit juices, jams, preserves and spreads and a cooked breakfast of your choosing. We have Vegetarian, Gluten Free and Vegan options as well the Full English.

Our Evening meals are all cooked to order using fresh ingredients. The menu is inspired by countryside pub favorites and there are daily specials. We get our fish delivered fresh and our steaks are superb. We make our own Cavalier shortcrust pastry pies with interesting fillings such as Partridge, plum and ginger.

An extensive menu but we were so full from the dinner here the night before we had the smaller choices. Everything was really nice and the quality of food was excellent.

Very warm welcome - we were at 7:30 and the only table in until joined by another couple. There were 4 of us on our table. It seems they don't book in much later than 7:30. The bread was gorgeous and as there was only portion of scallops left two of us shared it but it was plenty! Two of us had the sea bass which was wonderful and the others had belly pork - scrumtious and pork escalope which was cut up and oddly served with fried eggs.. it was a bit of a confusing dish but lovely non-the-less. Originally we had wanted fillet steak but there was none left. They do buy locally and when the fresh produce has gone -it's gone. Our host was chatty and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

An excellent resturant that belies its external pub-like appearance. Lovely comfortable decor and excellent food. Great personal service.

It was a Monday, we were only ones in and we’re in strange times with COVID-19 but no excuse for the overpriced piece of steak we had.
