    Food was outstanding, perfect for special holiday outing. Our experience did not lend itself to accommodating (even well behaved) children (service demeanor, food accommodations, etc). Surprised to see tip included for “large party” despite having only 5 in our party. Despite, I do highly recommend for adult dining.

    Charming and cozy restaurant in the heart of Beacon Hill serving delicious food! We had brunch there and everything we ordered was super tasty. Great service too!

    Celebrated my wedding anniversary in Bostonnand stay at the Beacon Hill Hotel. Staff was so lovely and helpful. The vibe was fun. Our room was cozy. We really enjoyed the visit. Had brunch in the restaurant and it was delicious.

    My friend didn’t like her food. The manager intervened: did not offer a substitution and declined to comp; rushed us out, told me she feared I would leave without paying my bill, told us never to come back, & threatened to summon law enforcement. I have been in this restaurant multiple times and recognized my server.

    We had a delightful pre holiday lunch with friends. Tasty zucchini chip appetizer and generous salads with a protein option were large enough to share. The dining room felt cozy with twinkling decorations in the outdoor windows that sparkled in the mirrors so every seat had a view to enjoy.

    Excellent food, but the service was mediocre, due to the lack of wait staff. When they did appear they were very gracious. I also did not like the price of the bread basket as all I wanted was one small roll. And my dining partner didn’t want any bread. I will definitely return.

    Excellent ambience — romantic, upscale, charming. Great menu. Best neighborhood to walk around after dinner. Take note: on the website, they list their address (accurately) as Charles St. in Boston but also show a location on the map that is 15 minutes away in Charlestown. There is no reason for that, it is a mistake and causes confusion. The restaurant needs to correct that mistake.
