   Another wonderful visit to Bastille for Mother’s Day brunch with my wife and daughter. The food. atmosphere and whole experience were wonderful, as always, and it was beautiful day to dine alfresco on the patio.

   Outstanding place for brunch. Great soups/ asparagus this time. Superb confit duck hash snd great cheeseburger. Not thrilled with the quiche but so many other good tho gs. Great desserts. Excellent service always.

   Overall, outstanding dining experience at Bastille. Food was outstanding, and the service was excellent. Noise level was a little louder than I like, as conversations at my table were difficult at times, but overall, no major problems.

   We celebrated my milestone birthday with a bottle of champagne and an outstanding and delicious dinner, including dessert. Our starters were foie gras and escargot. Our entrees were Trout Almandine and Magret de Canard a l'Orange. Dessert was Moelleux aux Chocolat et Cerises. Service was impeccable, and the noise level was fairly quiet to moderate as more people were seated. Every dish was well prepared, presented, creative, and delicious. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

   Bastille is a favorite of our family. Excellent food and service, nice and casual atmosphere. Highly recommend brunch or one of their special event dinners where you get great pairings and learn about wine and food.

   Truly a fantastic experience. We had a birthday celebration and went for the Parisian brunch fixed price and we were able to taste a little bit of everything. Service was great and treated the birthday peeson so special. I want to go back to try the other dishes on the menu. Love this restaurant!

   The chefs and owners are a French, married couple who put so much care into every dish. The salmon and risotto are absolutely amazing — I’ll order it every time. The steak and frites are also top-notch. Everything is fresh, clean, and made with love. I’ll be coming back again and again.

    Hostess and chef were the best part of our experience. Third member of our party was late so we asked the hotels if we could defer seating until they arrived. The hostess was very accommodating. Sat at the bar to have a drink while waiting, bartender was very unwelcoming, asked how he was doing when we sat down and got back "busy", no smile, no pleasantries, we felt very unwelcome. When we're seated for dinner, our server did not seem familiar with the menu and had to go the kitchen to get answers to questions that we later realized we're already on the menu. One member of our party has cileac disease and cannot have anything containing gluten. Server assured us the french fries were prepared in a separate frier so there was no risk of cross contamination. They ordered the steak fries, and later, the chef came to our table to confirm they wanted the fries because they are cross contaminated in the fries. We told the chef our server said it was a separate fries, the chef said that's only on weekends and he saw the note on the order for GF and wanted to check to make sure. Thank God for him because that member of the party would have become violently ill. Asked for dressing on the side for the salad, it came with dressing on the salad. Asked medium rare steak, got steak that was below rare, the center was dark purple. And we had an extraordinary wait for our entrees after our salads were cleared, no word from our server. I had to ask the hostess to check on our meals, after a bit she came back and assured us they would be right out. After another delay, the server came back and told us there was a wine tasting going on and they pushed the appetizers out ahead of our meal causing the delay. And when we finally got it, the steak was I'll prepared. This places has all the right pieces, but fails to execute, experience well below par for this price point.
