    The waiter was lovely. Chianti was nice. Chicken piccata was foul, no pun. Deep fried perhaps a week earlier. Deep fried piccata? Never heard of it. Replacement salad was boggy wet. Other diners melon/prosciutto was frozen. Very sad.

    Nice Italian restaurant, but prices are too high. All restaurants at the Fairmont are too expensive.

    Solid experiences at all of the Fairmont restaurants. Dined at both Andaz and fairmont. Fairmont experiences dramatically superior.

    Evxcellent food and service! Vodka pasta was outstanding as was the lemon shrimp with linguini and the delicious dessert napoleatano!

    Food was good and overall atmosphere. Unfortunately we had issues with ordering our kid’s meal. We were told the portion size for kids is very small, so we ordered an adult size pasta with white sauce. The waiter said they don’t offer the white sauce in the adult portion but they would do it anyway. In the end they sent a kids portion with white sauce. I compared it to my portion of adult pasta with red sauce, and it was half the size. When I talked to the waiter he said the cook would not honor what we ordered so he made the kids pasta. Not sure why he wouldn’t inform us of the change. We ended up leaving with our kid still hungry and we had to go grab something else for him.

    Arrived with guests to a closed restaurant. Had reservations for over a week and no communication that it would not be open. Unacceptable experience.
