I enjoyed a large house salad and the herbed chicken breast entree. Both were delicious and generous sized portions. Sharon provided excellent service throughout the meal. Dining at Basil's was a most enjoyable experience. Thank you

The food and the service were quite good. The problem with the ambience was the smell of bleach when you walked in. It was not subtle. With time it seemed to fade, but it definitely influenced first impressions.

Wonderful evening with out of town family. Was a little concerned with the proximity of the pool but in the end truly forgot it was even that close. The service was excellent and the food even better 👍 Would definitely return.

Day after the Christmas dinner. Service was pushy and not very polite especially with a large group. No helpful suggestions for less spicy foods. Overall not good experience and won’t go back.

Our group enjoyed everything we ordered at Basil's. The salmon was prepared perfectly. My veggie pasta with angel hair was very tasty. My fattoush salad, while not authentic, was as good as any I have had in a Lebanese restaurant, just different. The mushroom bruschetta was also excellent. The only downside to the restaurant is that the "ambience" is that of a hotel cafe, not a restaurant. It is bland and sterile. But, the service was friendly and efficient.

The table we were initially seated at was all the way in the back by the kitchen! It was very loud and unpleasant!! We sat the table for about 10 minutes and no one ever came by and brought us water, menus or silverware. Finally my fiancé went and found someone to assist us. I requested that we be seated at a table in the main dining room. We then sat at our new table for 10 minutes, during this time the waitstaff walked past our table several times and o one stopped to give us menus or silverware. Again my fiancé went and found someone (the bartender) to assist us! When the bartender came to our table he asked if we were ready to place our orders, I pointed out to him that none of our party hand menus!!! Once we finally had our orders place and the appetizers (2 out of 3) were placed on our table one of the appetizers was under cooked, but rather than make a fuss we just kept it and luckily when the 3rd appetizer arrived it was beautifully cooked and delicious, so 2 out of 3 of the appetizers were delicious! Everyone’s dinner was delicious, however the desserts were just so-so. Everyone in the party agreed that next Thanksgiving we would be cooking at home!!

We went on Thanksgiving for a buffet dinner. Several members were not happy about not being served but after seeing the "spread" they changed their tune. Food was really good with lots of choices. The drink servers were very attentive and used plates were promptly removed. The noise factor was not noticeable and we all had a pleasant time. Will go back for Easter I think.
