   Second time eating here and it was just as delicious as the first! Do not miss the tomato hazelnut dip (mix that with the burrata), the ravioli (add shrimp), the lemon pasta, the broccoli and the lemon brûlée dessert. Great wine list also.

   I absolutely love this place! It has a great vibe and is located in an excellent area. The cod was incredible, and the gluten-free Tiramisu was amazing! The Tiramisu is quite large, so sharing is definitely a good option. I also appreciate the interior layout; the mezzanine provides a more intimate dining experience and a view of the main floor, Stephen Avenue, and 2nd Street.

   We visited a few days ago, and I have mixed feelings. 1. **Great atmosphere, but very noisy.** 2. **A general (safe) menu.** While nothing truly “wowed” me in terms of taste, the food was okay. The service was good. As noted, it’s more of a bar setting—a great place to come with friends, grab pizza and wine, and enjoy the vibe. I tried the YYC EXP 3-course menu—it was good, but not great. - **Carpaccio:** A bit heavy on the vinegar. I’d prefer less to better taste the meat itself. The pairing was great, though. - **Ravioli:** Very good, but there was too much butter. - **Dessert:** It was good. **Overall:** It’s a fantastic spot to visit with friends, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a family outing.

   Really amazing experience, server was extremely accommodating to our group of 8 people and 2 kids. Would go back. Happy hour is also extremely well priced.

   The hostess seated my son and I in the private dining room because he is 15 years old and according to her minors are not allowed to sit in the restaurant tables surrounding the bar or basically any other part of the restaurant. Yet, the customers sitting in the private dining room where we had to sit, were drinking alcohol around us. I came to this restaurant to celebrate a special occasion, but the hostess had zero compassion and only cared about enforcing a policy. Thank you for making us feel so un-welcomed. If minors are not welcomed in this restaurant then that should be made clear at the time of the reservation. I am more than happy to take my money and child to another restaurant. Needless to say I will not be returning.

   Our waitress Barett (sp?) did a great job, attentive and great with details and food allergies. Regular menu and YYC expo menu were great. Nice vibe. We sat upstairs where it was quieter and more intimate.

    Babarbella offers the best happy hour deals! We devoured their fantastic pizzas and drinks, both at half off — such an amazing deal. The service was superb, and our server was incredibly patient with us, even with our indecisiveness. His bright smile made the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was fantastic, with stylish decor that provided a relaxing and laid-back Sunday vibe. Highly recommend for a perfect dining experience 👍👍
