   It was truly an unforgettable experience. My daughter had a long list of dietaries which the team kindly accommodated. In retrospect maybe not the best choice for a picky teenager. The attention to detail right from the get go was on point. There was an easy vibe; cool tunes on the playlist but the cooking was quite the opposite. Quality of ingredients, balance and execution was first class. The ethos of the restaurant was demonstrated in an unpretentious manner. Some of the dishes, namely the sweet prawn and mussel nigiri literally blew me away. There’s wasn’t a course which didn’t hit the spot. We had a meal which will live long in our memories.

   What a wonderful experience at Bar Miller! Food and service was incredible - like being part of a private party! The hilarious host is exceptionally knowledgeable on sake and wine and curated our entire meal with interesting pairings. Couldn’t recommend more and we will be going back!

   A truly incredible sushi experience, in a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. One of my favorite meals in New York- I could not recommend this spot more!

   We loved every thing about Bar Miller. The young chefs were so much fun, the food was fantastic. The som introduced us to some sakes we didn’t know. The convivial atmosphere turns a traditional omakase bar on its head. We will be back for sure.

    Incredible meal which proved the value of committing to a concept. Bar Miller serves a “Local” omakase, prioritizing locally grown and made ingredients such as rice from New York, Miso from Connecticut, and New Jersey Bluefin tuna. Having dined at a number of Omakase restaurants at a similar price point, I can say with confidence that Bar Miller is operating on another level in terms of creativity and hospitality (with taste at or exceeding that of peer restaurants). My fiance and I had an unforgettable meal and are looking forward to trying their a la carte concept: Rosella.
