We arrived on Christmas evening. The place was dirty! We weren’t greeted. Finally after standing up near the entrance, a person told us we could sit anywhere…. However there wasn’t one clean table available. We stood next to a table and a waitress asked us if we needed anything. I said “a clean table.” She just walked away. A guy who was near came and cleaned the table. Chicken was still on the floor! Despite these red flags We sat and looked at the menu he gave us. The waitress came back to take our order. We asked about the Christmas special that was advertised. She said “well…we’re not doing any main plates tonight. There’s only one guy in the kitchen and he’s already struggling.” We got up and left. There was an amazing Italian restaurant across the street! Our Christmas dinner was saved! Sorriso!!

The menu that was on open table was not available we ending up getting burgers and fries and the food was cold

Very different experience than what I was anticipating for a late night dinner in The Woodlands. We went on karaoke night so it was definitely a vibe but worth it. The fried pickles and loaded tots were amazing! Tried the Cajun salmon and the sauce blew me away. Will definitely be back to try this place again.

Patty Melt was overdone and dry. Sent back and got the Monterrey Chicken. Flavor wise was delicious, again, chicken was dry. Didn't send back because the taste was fine. Husband said his steak sandwich was good. Service was very good. Our server was very attentive and was trying hard to make it a good experience. Overall I thought it was okay. I might go back again but it's not my top favorite.

Quiet mid-week night but exactly what would be expected on Wednesday. But the staff were 100% on top of everything with service. Fast, friendly, fun! Nice. Clearly it is very well managed.
