   Open Table had High Top table available but we didn't get one and there looked like they were available as they were empty. They are too quick to taking drinks glasses away. Hubby had some left.

   We come often for Tuesday night burgers. Last night we came because we had received an offer for 2/$20 bar bites. Our waitress came for our order and we showed her the email. She said "As far as I'm concerned that is not valid since we are not corporate but a franchise. I will check with my manager." She came back for our order and told us the same thing but NEVER checked with the manager. "AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED", but who is she to make that decision!!!??? We didn't argue but ordered our burgers for happy hour. The kitchen was VERY slow, which is not usually the case. Not one of our best nights and still upset about the "As far as I'm concerned." Don't remember her name but she was tiny with dark hair.

   We had an amazing time at Bar Louie! The drinks were topnotch and the food delicious, highly recommend for a night out for drinks and dancing.

   Friday night dinner, and our first visit, and boy we had much fun: from the band that was playing awesome sings, to the delicious food, it was just awesome! For sure - make a reservation! as it gets really busy on such a weekend dinner! Food tasted really good and freshly prepared, but is mostly a "bar food" (i.e. hand held sandwiches / burgers etc.). VERY active bar scene with lots of alcohol options and beers. Highly recommended!

   Great time with band Dysfunction junction. We ate dinner and food great but seems they needed more help for big crowd. Our server handle everything great but seems so many people came it was hard to keep up. We will be back.,. We love a great time at Bar Louie:)

    Had a reservation for 20 people yesterday for a work dinner and while our waiter was great I would HIGHLY recommend NEVER patronizing this establishment. While our apps came out timely, 2 people in our party did not receive their entrees until everyone else was essentially done eating (40+ minutes after ordering). When I asked the waiter if there was a mixup with their entrees I was told something happened in the kitchen and the Manager was in there making the food…no problem, things happen. What is absolutely unacceptable is that the Manager brings out 1 plate and said nothing more than “check if it’s cooked right”. I pointed out that we still were missing the other person’s entree and she said it was coming. NO APOLOGY FOR THE DELAY or appearance, indication, etc of wanting to make it right or even caring about the incident. I stated I did not feel I should have to pay for those entrees because of the extreme delay. The Manager said “I discounted it” and walked off. The bill was over $500 pre-tip. Regardless of having to pay for any portion of their entrees a simple genuine apology would have gone a long way. The waiter was super apologetic and I assured him it was not his fault. Again I’ll state AVOID AVOID AVOID.
