   2nd time here. Party of 6 for a birthday. I asked to be moved inside because it was cold. We were seated right by the bar and was so loud we couldn't hear anything. I walked to the front 3 young women standing there and I asked to be moved. 1 of the girls went to ask, but a different one looked straight at me and said we are full, the other rooms are closed. She didn't even move. Within minutes the manager came over and got us a new table and it was so much better. This girl could use some training for sure. Our server was great, food was excellent and our celebration dinner was saved

   We walked in and were immediately insulted by the hostess. As hearing-impaired individuals, we requested a specific table with a wall behind us for better acoustics. Shockingly, the hostess responded dismissively, saying, “That’s not how it works,” and even remarked that hearing-impaired people “usually get thrown in the back of the restaurant.” Thankfully, Matt, the manager on duty, intervened right away. His professionalism, quick thinking, and remarkable customer service turned a negative experience into an outstanding one. Matt went above and beyond to accommodate us, ensuring we felt valued and comfortable. Our server Juan and his assistant also provided exceptional service, demonstrating attentiveness and care throughout our visit. It’s clear this restaurant has worked hard to prioritize customer satisfaction and inclusivity, despite the unfortunate initial encounter with the hostess. Kudos to the management and team for their dedication to excellence! I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone seeking an exceptional dining experience. This version strikes a balance between addressing the issue and highlighting the outstanding service provided by the management and staff.

   we had a delicious meal and great service. we ordered a pizza for an app and bucatini bolognaise and spicy vodka rigatoni. We had cosmos and espresso martini - was shocked to see waitress bring over fresh espresso to the bar to use for our martinis - will definitely be back and also will bring our visiting friends and family - the atmosphere was so nice too! Thanks Bar Italia - don't change a thing!

   good food, fair pricing, nice size portions , good service, however the noise level remains my only negative comment, hard to enjoy quiet. conversation with friends
