   It was a nice meal. The toasted bread starter with whipped ricotta cheese had too much ricotta for my taste. Next time, I would just get the olive oil. The lemon chicken was very good.

   Love Bar Italia! This restaurant has a lively vibe, beautiful, rustic, warm and cozy ambiance and great food! We came for afternoon lunch on a Saturday. It wasn't busy yet and our server was very prompt. The lasagna w/ insalata was delicious and a just-right portion for lunch. You would do nicely with anything on the menu; it''s all well-prepared. I also recommend the zucchini appetizer and any dessert w/ coffee. The coffee is VERY good! Go ahead and book; you won't be disappointed!

   Both the crispy snapper piccata and crispy chicken lemon were dry. I needed a steak knife to cut it. The flavors were delicious, and we will try again. Everything else was wonderful.

   Our server Allison (I think that was her name) was great! Super attentive and helpful! The short rib appetizer was okay…not much short rib at all so that was kind of a let down but they were super tasty. The grilled country bread with ricotta was okay..definitely needed some extra salt and pepper but that’s a personal preference. I got the halibut with mushroom risotto, that was very good! Halibut was cooked perfectly! The rest of my party got the pesto with chicken and chicken limone and they both loved their dishes. Great ambiance! Volume level was moderate to high but not loud enough to where you couldn’t hear the people at your table. Will definitely be back!
