    The staff were literally the nicest waitstaff I've ever had. Food was delish! My partner and I don't eat a lot and they checked in to see if we liked the food. YES we did! Would 100% come back.

    The ambience is quite pretty and cosy. Food is flavourful and delicious, however the price is too much for the small serving size even for larger plates. We took the feed me option with my friends. Overall we had a good experience. Thanks

    Food as okay, I was a little disappointed. Had to send our steak back as it was overcooked and the food just seemed rushed overall. Okay enough for the price but would probably only return for drinks not food. Wait staff were lovely ☺️

    Food was absolutely delicious. The service was friendly but they needed more staff on. We waited so long for service every time, often waving to a waiter whilst other people weRe trying to get their attention too. Fun atmosphere but deafening acoustics. Overall fun and delicious, but will go somewhere else next time.

    We ordered ‘feed me’ for 2. The restaurant is pretty, staff is friendly but would be nice if let us know need to add on $10 if choose the wagyu steak as one of the main before we order the meal. The king fish sashimi was the star of the day. Sauce was flavoursome, beautiful presentation. Will come back and it order again! The wagyu beef was also very nice but have couple slices a bit raw that we couldn’t eat.

    We had a nice time dining at Bali Hai catching up with a friend. Menu had some great options, food also tasted nice. It could have been better value like some of the other Thai restaurants, like the portion sizes were not that generous and the soft shell crab should have come with a gravy/sauce. However, overall it was great!
