   We have been coming to Bacco for many years but recently the choice of food on offer has severely deteriorated. The only meat dish on offer this time was the same rather dried and not very tasty chicken. Where havethe Italian veal and beef offers gone, yet alone kidney dishes? If things don't change we will be eating elsewhere, which is a pity. Perhape you should get a new chef with some imagination and the old Italian flair. Best wishes frm John and Venetia Harper.

   Ottima esperienza complessiva. Mangiato benissimo, pietanze gustose realizzate con materie fresche e di qualità. Buono anche il servizio, personale cordiale ed efficiente. Ho sofferto un po’ l’acustica, bisogna alzare un po’ la voce per riuscire a parlare, soprattutto se ti capita un gruppo vicino. Il locale non è molto grande e i tavoli sono troppo vicini tra loro. Ma sono piccoli dettagli, ci tornerò con piacere.

   My favourite restaurant, took my family for the first time and they all loved it. Service is always great, food is always fantastic aswell.

   We all decided to meet up in Richmond as an early Xmas celebration together. We were very early and I was grateful for outdoor seating with a high fence that blocked the icy winds. We were kindly invited inside despite the time (they were still setting up). The food was amazing. We had a lovely time reminiscing and thankfully the waiting staff gave us space. We will go back for other celebrations based on this

   The food is as ever authentic home style Italian cooking. They were so busy that I think the standard wasn’t quite as good as usual. My main course wasn’t hot enough. They made a mistake with the bill and even when I challenged it they weren’t exactly effusive in apology. Over £200 for lunch for 3 should have been carefully scrutinised

   Four of us had a wonderful evening on Saturday at Bacco. Everything was perfect. I was back there on Monday lunchtime with a group of 17 and everything was just as good. Elena and Eugene were incredibly helpful and friendly. Everyone had a brilliant time. I can highly recommend this fabulous Italian restaurant opposite Richmond station. Thank you Elena and Eugene.    I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic Italian restaurant, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment we stepped inside, the warm and inviting atmosphere made us feel right at home. The service was impeccable — friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. We started with a selection of starters, and each one was a standout. The bruschetta was fresh and flavorful, with perfectly toasted bread and a generous topping of tomatoes and basil. The arancini were crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, with a rich, cheesy filling that was absolutely delicious. Even the simple Caprese salad was a revelation, with ripe, juicy tomatoes paired beautifully with creamy mozzarella. But the real star of the meal was the crab pasta. Each dish was cooked to perfection, with the pasta itself having that perfect al dente texture. The sauces were rich and well-balanced — the classic Bolognese was hearty and comforting, while the seafood pasta had the perfect amount of briny flavor from the fresh seafood. It's clear that a lot of care goes into sourcing high-quality ingredients and preparing them with attention to detail. The portion sizes were generous, and despite being full, I couldn't resist finishing every last bite. This is a place that truly knows how to do Italian cuisine right — simple, fresh, and packed with flavor. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu. Highly recommended!

    Very disappointing as we had been here several years ago. This did not live up to the quality of food presented previously. Seafood linguini a misnomer as the seafood was sadly lacking and the few mussels were cold. Not what we expected. Will not be returning.
