Food was excellent. Server was friendly and good but near the end it got busy and she was scarce. We were seated in the back near the carry out door. Every time it was opened, we got blasted with cold air as it was a very cold night. But we enjoyed ourselves.

Always have great food when visiting Bacco, only thing I can say is this past visit we did feel rushed by our waitress. We had not even received our appetizers yet when she came back and asked for our entree order. Overall good food, goot atmosphere, and good drinks!

This was our first time visiting and we had a great experience! The server was friendly and engaging. The Brussels sprouts and crab bruschetta apps were delicious. My husband had the short ribs and I had the seafood risotto. Both amazing! Can’t wait to go back!

As regular diners at Bacco Italian and Wine Bar, we’ve always enjoyed the food and service, but our most recent experience was deeply disappointing and far below the standards we’ve come to expect. Our 6:45 pm reservation quickly went south when it took over 15 minutes for our children’s drinks and bread to arrive — they weren’t served until 7:15 pm. While our server, Paul (who has served us before) did acknowledge the delay, the restaurant was surprisingly quiet for a Saturday night, making the lack of attentiveness hard to justify. I was surprised Paul failed to make time for our table and didn’t even serve our meals himself — food runners brought them out instead. For such a quiet evening, it was baffling that Paul couldn’t manage his own tables, as waitstaff typically prefer to serve their own guests when possible. The food was equally underwhelming. Bacco is known for its vodka pasta, but all of our pasta dishes were overcooked to the point of being mushy, which was shocking. My veal parmigiana was another letdown — the pieces were so thick that one resembled a chicken tender. It was baffling that the kitchen allowed such poorly prepared food to be served. The only bright spot was my wife’s seafood entrée, which was well-cooked and flavorful, but one decent dish out of four isn’t enough to justify the $165 we spent. This was not the Bacco we know and have supported for years. The combination of slow service and poor food quality has left us questioning whether we’ll return anytime soon. If Bacco wants to maintain its loyal customer base, it needs to address these issues in both the kitchen and the front of the house. Overall, the experience felt like a failure from start to finish.

Went to celebrate our anniversary. Really enjoyed the atmosphere. Prices were a bit high for what you get but that’s everywhere. Could have used some Italian music to compliment the beautiful surroundings.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bacco. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly host, Flannery, whose warm smile and welcoming demeanor set the tone for a wonderful afternoon. The highlight of my meal was undoubtedly the penne caprese. This dish was a perfect blend of al dente pasta, fresh tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and fragrant basil. Each bite was a burst of flavor that transported me straight to Italy. It’s clear that the chefs at Bacco take pride in using high-quality ingredients, and this dish is a testament to their skill and attention to detail. The service at Bacco was exceptional, thanks to our attentive waitresses, Lana and Lindsay. They were not only friendly but also knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations and ensuring that our glasses were never empty. Their genuine enthusiasm for the food made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
