   So many delicious choices and chefs were working constantly to replenish with fresh food. The hostesses and servers were universally unfriendly and all business. Food was fantastic, but it’s also a cattle call situation with service staff.

   We made reservations at Bacchanal Buffet to celebrate my husband's birthday. There was a lot of food selections. Seafood, Asian, Mexican, you name it they had it. Plus they had an excellent array of deserts.

   Only complaint was the 90 minute time frame. We like to enjoy the meal by savoring the food.

   1st timer & I don’t regret it. Came on a Tuesday night. Made a reservation on Open Table the morning of at the airport & scored a 7:45pm reservation. We got there at 7:15 & they let us check-in early. We paid $188 for 2 adults (no tip cuz I had cash). We waited about 10 minutes to be seated. I waited in line for the steamed crab legs while my husband hit the prime rib & brisket line. Wow! The prime rib was delicious & the brisket was so flavorful & tender. Warm crab legs with hot butter did not disappoint. Our server was very attentive & came by often to get our plates & refill our drinks. The sashimi was so good. Hard pass on the mac & cheese, creamy spinach, seafood boil, and cold lobster claws. Didn’t try the chicken or Chinese food only because I’m not a fan of Chinese food. We tried every dessert & the ones that stood out to me was the ube cheesecake, ube horchata, creme brûlée, coffee terimusu, and the gelato was a win! Order hot black tea at the end. Would I come back? Yes I will!

   OVERPRICED! Most the seafood is frozen and not defrosted properly. As for the snow crab, the line is sometimes too long, the crab meat is sometimes too salty yet sometimes slightly sweet, I don’t know why. I think they are a bit understaffed, no one collects my plate even when it’s all done for a while. All the desserts are just about average, those in Mon Abi Gabi are way better. The buffet did offer all sorts of dishes, you got so many options to choose from, don’t just head for the snow crab and seafoods.

   Food was good, but you still need to stay on the check-in line for about one hour to get in, even you have reservation. We have reservation at 6:15pm and sit down to eat at 7:10pm.

    Love the Bacchanal but that check in process is ridiculous. Stage 1 - 20 minutes to get to the check- in podium, Stage 2 - 10 minutes to get to a cashier to pay, Stage 3 - another 10 minutes on a 3rd line to be seated! Really?!?!?!
