   Fabulous!! Nothing bad about this experience! The food was phenomenal and the vibe of the restaurant was so perfect for this time of year! Made a reservation walked in and was seated immediately! Definitely will be visiting again! Highly recommend the steak frites, the pollo Montallo and the creamed spinach! What a great night!

   The steaks come out very undercooked. We had both asked for medium rare; but were both more blue/rare and one was sent back. Ordered a side of broccolini, but were given a bowl of beans, not being told they had ran out, if we knew, we wouldn’t have had them because we already had beans on our plate. Drinks and food were good and reasonably priced.

   Even though we had a reservation we were told we would have to wait unless we wanted to sit in the bar area at a high table. I am a senior citizen and am not comfortable sitting on a stool, so I said I was not happy with this situation. The hostess said she would check on the situation. We were then told we could have a table in the upstairs dining area. Once there we were amazed to see both dining areas were practically empty! It took quite a while to be noticed and once we ordered, a while to get our drinks which arrived at practically the same time as our food. The food was very good; good portions and hot! (Took 15 minutes to get pepper!) It was obviously a lack of serving staff causing the delay...it was a Sunday lunchtime prior to the theatre.

   The hostess was rude and told me to sit at a dirty table. The server then had an attitude that I was sitting at the dirty table even though I was told to sit there and wouldn’t take my order. I moved to a spot that opened up at the bar. The bartender was nice and took great care of me, but the start of the experience was weird and off putting.

   Solid food and great service. Generous portion- wish we had room for dessert. Bonus if you go in winter- fantastic holiday decor is already up and popping!

   Portions are generous. Friend said fish and chips were the best ever. Short rib with smooth mashed potato was delicious and highlighted with rainbow carrots. Our other dining companion enjoyed her brick chicken. Dessert was a 16 layer crepe cake served with fresh berries - decadent. Service was good given busy time, but sometimes sporadic. Overly decorated for holiday season. Look forward to another visit.
