   We've eaten here before and this last visit was for Summer Restaurant Week and once again we were not disappointed! The kitchen churns out extremely eclectic southeast Asian cuisine and while the menu may seem bent towards the many districts throughout India, there are heavy influences from Thailand and beyond. It's hard to describe the the way the flavors meld so harmoniously together. The Chef has done a great job not only with the alchemy of flavor and spice, but also with texture. Virtually everything we tasted this last visit was delicious. The amazing Paneer Chilli Roll was the standout appetizer and while all the entrees we had were good, unfortunately the Fava and Corn Kofta was dud and just didn't live up to the standard of everything else we ate that night. Service is attentive and the bar churns out very good cocktails. The Meer Naam Joker may have been the best rendition of an Old Fashion I've ever had. The biggest criticism I have is it is EXTREMELY loud and very difficult to have a conversation....but if you can stand a lout environment, go for the amazing food and great cocktails!

   I had an amazing experience at BAAR BAAR during NYC Restaurant Week! The 'Chicken Avocado Green Chickpea' dish was outstanding—flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The service was attentive and made the evening even more enjoyable. I'll definitely be returning soon to explore more of the menu. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delightful dining experience.

   We went here for dinner during Restaurant Week. Excellent value, given that this is a pricey place. The food and the service were both fantastic! The ambiance was great too. I suspect it may get a bit loud when the place is full, but we were there on the early side and the noise level was fine. I highly recommend this place.

   Every single thing was perfect! They gave us a choice of seating, the restaurant was beautiful, the drink (I forgot what it was called) was a beautiful presentation and delicious. They gave us a free appetizer to taste, which was amazing, and every single dish we ordered was unbelievable! Also, the service was great! The waiter was attentive and even the manager came over to make sure everything was OK. I will definitely be back!
