   This once great restaurant is a sad semblance of it's former self.  The service continues to be good but the menu is limited, the recipes mundane, and the prices far too high for the product delivered.

   Best thing about the restaurant is the location - near Lincoln center. The pre theater option is very good. Not a lot of seafood choices. The chicken was awful. Tasteless and undercooked. The dessert of ice cream in a brownie was good

   The room is very pretty, seating is comfortable and tables spaced well apart. Not too loud. Food was fine but service was awkward. Wines we selected were not available and I guess the restaurant was annoyed we brought a cake (it was a bday celebration). They charged a fee to serve our cake, which is okay but not great, but then also forgot to take orders for coffee and then when we asked for help and they did bring coffee we had to ask separately for sugar and milk. We had to ask twice for them to refill wine glasses from our bottle. So not quite what I expected from a service perspective for a pricey restaurant.

   Very reliable and enjoyable early dinner before a performance at Lincoln Center. While the wait staff was a little slow to take our order, they brought the food without delay and we had plenty of time for three courses. We shared a calamari appetizer, each had a spicy tuna roll and shared a dessert. The list of wines by the glass has been revised since we were there last, and prices are a bit higher, but the Italian white toward the lower end was very good. We were glad to be back.

   really enjoyable, great bartender! food was very good, service was good, great server, only comment would be it's def overpriced, 3 people almost $600? Yes we had drinks but an average amount....Not worthy, the salads over priced, everything just seems 1-2$ over the average and there was no special reason for it...but I would return.

   Certain food standards have stood up well- excellent Lobster spaghetti and fine beef cheeks. The butternut squash soup is another standout. Dessert, however, is a bit of a disappointment; possibly because now that the pandemic is less of an influence- it appears that the restaurant is back to sharing the kitchen with the “new” restaurant- which had closed a block away. The reopened side is supposed to be different- but you can see clearly identical dessert choices - and not really well done. Still, the great benefit is the ambiance- despite the prices it is far more pleasant than the seriously noisy alternatives in the neighborhood. Dinner is costlier just don’t expect much from dessert. It’s only mildly annoying to see that the restaurant actually runs both sides without identifying who actually runs the kitchen.

   food and service were good. but the music level is on par with a disco club. when asked to turn the music down the staff said they couldn't. almost impossible to hear yourself never mind the person with you.

    Service was so poor that it doesn’t matter if the food was tasty, but it wasn’t. Too bad, I live in the neighborhood and was hopeful…
