If you're not used to Southern cooking, the menu selections will be unfamiliar and may even seem odd. But don't be alarmed. Anything you order will be fantastic. And the service will be fantastic, too, all wrapped up in a quaint space with artistic touches. Don't miss this restaurant.

We hadn’t been here in about 6 or so years, but we had a really nice brunch today. Service was great, food and drinks also great. The mini cornbread and butter they start you with is delicious. I could have had just that and been happy. My cocktail “table for two” was refreshing. The duck hash and Korean chicken sandwich were both really good. Just some little things to note: The majority of the people dining were tourists. I don’t know if it was because today was a holiday or what, but I feel like it didn’t used to be like that. The fried green tomatoes (years ago, I guess) used to have crab on top rather than shrimp. The crab was better. But it was still good. The tables were a bit crowded.

We had a lovely experience at Atchafalaya from the moment we walked through the door. Our host was pleasant and our table service was excellent. Our glasses were always full and our server was well informed, articulate and helpful. She made a recommendation for me off the menu and I enjoyed an outstanding pork chop. We will be back - thank you!

LWe had a chance to meet the owner and chef and they made our friends 50th bday extra special. We Loved the location and cool photo ops outside with large frying pan. Great food - shrimp and grits were mouth watering

Our waitress was the single best waitress at any dining establishment globally in the last 5 years. Food, ambiance, service was terrific. All 4 of us look forward to our next visit to Atchafalaya!

I celebrated my birthday here and it was a 10/10! From the host to the server it was a great experience. The ambiance is beautiful and intimate and the servers are efficient and attentive. The Free Form Blue Crab Raviolo is a must try!
