Ravines is a small, hands on operation that has it’s roots in European sensibilities, but while also understanding the unique and special climate associated within the Seneca Lake AVA. Born in Denmark, Morten Halgren grew up on an estate in Provence, received a degree in Physics, then ones in Enology & Viticulture. After stops in Bordeaux (Cos d’Estournel), Texas and North Carolina, he eventually became the head winemaker at Konstantin-Frank for many years before the opportunity presented itself to start his own winery with his wife Lisa. Please join us for a personally curated tasting menu and for what is sure to be a memorable evening of Rieslings and more! Please reserve early, as seating is limited. $125++ per person. Please be aware that due to space constraints, some of the seating may be communal.
