The service was terrible and slow. Our waitress was rude. She never checked on us. Our drinks were empty most of the dinner. When the food finally came out it was burnt. The deviled eggs were salty as heck. The fried chicken sandwich was burnt and the burger was just like a processed McDonald’s patty. Absolutely disgusting food & terrible experience. Very disappointed for how much it cost and its location. One would expect a much better experience.

First time there on Thanksgiving. Better than what was expected. Best dining out experience in a very long time.

For a thanksgiving dinner, I was disappointed. The food was VERY DELICIOUS (despite a few "calcinated" brussels sprout) and our server was very sweet and nice, but the portion was SHOCKING. We expected a buffet style service for $79 per person, but no, food was served on a plate with one thin slice of turkey + gravy, one scoop of stuffing, one tiny bowl of sweet potatoes for 2, one tiny bowl of chopped salad for 2, and one tiny bowl of greens and brussels sprouts for 2. Right away, I regretted not choosing my various friends' invitations where I could have enjoyed a thanksgiving feast with 0 portion control. Our server was kind enough to bring another bowl of stuffing and 2 additional thin slices of turkey when we expressed our disappointment and asked for more. However, it's thanksgiving, and we should have been able to enjoy the food with no portion control. If the hotel wants to make money, then charge more, but let us savor a good thanksgiving meal as much as our stomach can handle. Anyway, it was an experience and the food was definitely good, but St. Kate won't be my future thanksgiving place to go. Regards,

We were at Aria for the fixed menu Thanksgiving dinner. The traditional turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes, and green beans were good enough. The Brussels sprouts were so dry as to be nearly inedible. The chopped salad was an odd addition to the meal, especially since it was served family style and without aalad plates or a serving spoon. But then, all the other sides were also served family style and with no serving spoons. The beans could be treated as finger food, but trying to dish up the pureed sweet potatoes with your dinner fork is a real challenge. And chpped salad mixed in with turkey gravy is just plain gross. I will praise the pumpkin cheese cake, though when I asked for a fork to eat it with, the waitress said, "OK, but I did give you a spoon. " My bad! I thought that was to stir my coffee. Were they just short of dishwashers, or has someone been steeling the silver?

The service was incredibly slow. Long wait time to even be acknowledged by our server, slow to get a drink. Valet parking procedure was also slow and complicated. Manager offered to buy a drink after we were all finished and really ready to leave, and we declined. We won't dine here again.
