Arden is an idyllic retreat tucked into Portland's Pearl District. Arden delivers seasonal Pacific Northwest cuisine and an award-winning wine program featuring over 250 bottles, many with bottle age. Guests have the option to dine a la carte or enjoy the chef's prix fixe menu ($70): a shared experience that features 4 courses of seasonal cuisine. Coursed wine pairings are also available ($45).

The restaurant invites you to take an exiting culinary adventure through the Pacific Northwest, and explore the incredible range of ingredients that the region has to offer.

My husband and I had a date night last week and chose Arden to enjoy. We ordered 3 dishes and all 3 were fantastic. I am a foodie and love to cook. The recipes Arden serves are amazing. I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try.

I e eaten here before and have not been disappointed. The service is top notch, waitstaff engaging and understands the food and nuances. The Tokyo turnips are definitely worth trying even if you’re not a turnip lover, beet salad never disappoints. The fois gras presented two ways delish and squash gnocchi and pierogis are also very good. Kens bread and butter the best. There isn’t one thing that was below par. This is a neighborhood unassuming gem. Ambiance, lighting makes for a quiet intimate dining experience.

We had a group of 12 -- with French friends and we were proud to share one of Portland's Great Food Experiences at Arden. Service was as excellent as the food and we suggest the wine parings.

The team at Arden went out of their way to accommodate my last minute client gathering. The wine pairings were excellent. The pre fixe was delicious, and they accommodated a serious food allergy. Such a lovely place to visit while in Portland! I’ll definitely be back.

Arden never disappoints. This little gem of a spot offers seasonal cuisine, French inspired, but completely accessible. Nicholas is AMAZING (he will provide you with some truly amazing wine pairings) and the chef's combinations are exquisitely balanced, creative, and palette pleasing. See the chef expediting at the small counter and knowing that everything will be perfect is an experience not often found at this price point. This is a place where we are made to feel valued and welcomed, and the food leaves you contented and excited for the next culinary journey. I cannot say enough good things about Arden.
