Inspired by Santa Fe’s rich cultural and culinary history, our Executive Chef's menus fuse old world techniques with modern, innovative recipes and artful plating. The dishes fully embrace the Inn’s Southwestern and native heritage and are consistently changing and adapting to reflect the freshest, most seasonal local ingredients.

The Anasazi Bar has long been considered one of Santa Fe's most popular bars and is known for its Silver Coin Margaritas and classic cocktails. The bar also features a lounge area with additional seating and a dedicated tequila table. At the tequila table, guests can taste the restaurant's comprehensive collection of premium tequilas, enjoy unique tequila and food pairings. The bar and lounge features the Para Picar menu which includes a selection of small plates designed for sharing.

I am a local. I met a friend here expecting something special for restaurant week lunch. The meat we were served with our enchiladas was like tough leather. They offered to bring us another serving to replace, but we did not want more of the same.. I will not go back, ever.

Went for the first time for lunch and got the Restaurant Week menu. Disappointed. The salad greens were wilted and if there was dressing on it, I couldn't taste it. The Branzino and it's sauce was good but I have never seen a filet that was about half an inch thin, mostly bone and skin and about the size of a coaster. The creme brulee was decent. Underwhelmed, especially considering the price. Also, I recognize I will pay more for s glass of wine in a restaurant than the one I'd have at home: but to charge $20 for a glass of CA SB is nuts. I never buy or drink CA SBs because they are inferior to the same priced and much, much better NZ or Chilean SB. I'd you'd gonna charge that much for a glass of SB, you should at least offer better ones.

We had lunch on Feb. 14th! The Fish Tacos and Chicken Enchiladas were bland as well as tasteless. On a happy note the sweet potato fries and our dessert, the flowerless chocolate cake w/ coffee ice cream were delicious. Overall we were very disappointed with our lunch and are sorry we chose Anasazi Restaurant for Valentines day lunch celebration

First time dining here. Loved the food and the ambiance. Service was noticeably slow and inattentive despite not being busy. Prices were higher than shown online but understandable in today’s market.

This is a beautiful restaurant with great food. It is fine dining in a more relaxed atmosphere. 3 of us had the Bison steak & LOVED it. My Winter Spice Paloma was so lovely.

We enjoyed the New Year's Eve prix fixe with wine pairings. We had a long wait for our table, but the food, wine and service made up for it. Our waiter, Marvin, was excellent. We were particularly impressed with the wines.
