   Delicious fresh global flavors set this cuisine above the rest. Always offering multiple tempting options with loads of texture and flavor. Not your typical boring option, Ambli is a staple go to for me!

   Ambli is constantly outstanding. The owner’s pay attention to every detail from welcoming you to seeing how your meal was. Great menu, diverse and delicious.

   The entire experience was phenomenal! The ownership, staff, and especially Carlos made our anniversary extra special. I can’t say enough about the food. It was the last night of restaurant week so we got to try a lot of their menu. Everything from the grenadine in the drinks to the sorbet is made in house. The lobster shooters are phenomenal. The braised short rib and risotto melted in your mouth and the assortment of dishes and flavors all pair very well together. They ran out of their last bottle of GSM, so they upgraded us to a nicer vintage for no extra charge. We were very grateful to be treated so nicely throughout the entire meal and the conversation and knowledge of the food, wine and cocktails was second to none. I think they may achieve a Michelin star in their future if they keep up the amazing work! We will be back and bringing our friends and family!

   One of the best, if not the best restaurant in Denver. Outstanding food that produce explosions of flavor on your palate. Fantastic atmosphere with impeccable service!!

   3/12/2025 Restaurant Week; My husband and I had one the most pleasurable dinners. The menu was very entertaining with varied "bites". The food was scrumptious and the drinks were delightful. Not a bad bite between the 7 courses we had that night.

   This was our first time at Ambli and it was outstanding! The depth of flavors, the great sauces, the elegant dining room, and the creativity of the dishes were all excellent! Seating is spaced out too, which is great for private conversation and it not being too loud. We'll be back!

   Holy smokes, what an incredible dinner! We opted for Ambli as one of our choices for Denver Restaurant Week and so happy we did! The service was outstanding, the friendliness of the staff from our waiter to the table assistants to the greeters.. it truly sets them apart. The food, on the other hand, was out of this world exceptional. They paid special attention to my food allergy and made sure to take extra care and attention to ensure I was safe. The explosion of flavors, textures and visual effects of our meal really set the stage for an outstanding dinner. The whole idea of Restaurant Week is for you to be able to try new restaurants and boy did Ambli deliver on an entirely new level. We will absolutely return and enjoy more of the international cuisine on another occasion. Highly, highly, highly recommend you do the same!
