   Worst fish (overcooked) , pork (just fat blubber ) and ribs (only bone no meat ) we've had for a party of 5. The hamburger steak and french fries were good. Maybe the chef was sick that night considering other rave reviews, but our experience was unfortunate. Definitely not worth the wait.

   Aloha Mixed Plate is a Maui staple and remains committed to serving up traditional island favorites one plate at a time. The restaurant and staff have long been a part of my experience visiting Maui, and I am overjoyed to see AMP return as great as ever before. Mahalo to the kind staff and hats off to the Chef for the delightful presentation and delicious meals. The Ali’i Plate is a personal favorite and I highly recommend it to all those wanting to taste the rich history of Hawaii.

   We love Aloha Mixed Plate. It’s always been the first place we come to eat after we arrive on Maui. So happy to have it back, and as good as always.

   Views were spectacular. Service was excellent. My wife and I each ordered an entree and shared both. I got the Kalua Pork mixed plate and it was delicious. My wife got the Kalbi Ribs mixed plate. The flavor was delicious but the ribs were just a little dry. We still ate the whole plate. 😊 Overall, I would highly recommend you give this place a try. We’ve been to Maui multiple times but this was our first trip back since the fire. It was a somber and sad moment to see the destruction but we were happy that Aloha Mixed Plate was open and they seem to be doing well. It was crowded the entire time we were there.

   Very delicious food. Big plates and good value. The only food that was a tad disappointing was the fries. The description said shoe string and they were regular. Also they came out after our main dishes. But the Chow Fun noodles and the Ali’i plates were amazing. Unfortunately our server disappeared on us but another server realized we had been sitting for quite a while with empty plates and brought us a bill. Lovely ambiance and this was my second time since the renovation.

   Great value for money. Good comfort food. Highly recommended. Service was a bit... grumpy, but not actually bad. Just not as good as it could be. But the food and the overall experience made more than up for it.

    We had a table right by the ocean so the view was outstanding. I had the ribs and they were delicious. My husband had the fresh fish plate and found it yummy. We finished up with the upside down pineapple cake that melted in your mouth. We will come again.
