Pizza is terrible. The last two times we have tried the pizza, it’s gross. Very little “pizza” and all cheese. Enough cheese to make you feel sick after eating. If they plan on using that much cheese, then they need a thicker crust that is cooked fully.

I'm sorry to hear about your pizza experience, we take pride in our pizza and put a lot of love into them. Our pizza chefs are taking your review into consideration. I would like to win you back by suggesting some of our other fantastic menu items, like loaded tots, Queso, bacon, sour cream, chives covering a sharable platter of crispy tetris tots. Our perhaps one of the Chubs selections, an Alley's original creation. Pizza but rolled up to resemble cinnamon rolls. A very dippable option. YUMMY! I do hope you will try us again. Ask for Mark when you come back, I'm usually hanging around on the weekends. 😃

Never got our food, waitress offered to comp our entire meal. Waited another 25 minutes, food never came, so we got up and left.

The food was great! The server was really busy and my brother and husband had to wait for food and drinks while the rest of us ate :( Overall good time.

I never post but feel this is important - I and four of my friends go out for dinner every Thursday. We have visited almost all the restaurants in the northeast corner of Indianapolis, Fishers and Noblesville over the last several years. WE HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THE POOR LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT WE RECEIVED AT ALLEY'S ALEHOUSE. WE WILL NOT GO BACK AND HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT EVERYONE AVOID THAT PLACE. #1. We waited at least 20 minutes before someone initially came to our table. We had to go find our menus ourselves. We ordered two appetizers and, though they were delivered timely we had to hunt down our server to ask for plates to be able to share them. The chicken wings were seriously overcooked, dry and tough. #2. Another 20 minutes goes by before we had to flag down our waiter to place our orders. He didn't know the menu and had to constantly show us his server's app on his ordering device. When asked about anything he only knew what his device told him. #3. Our main order was only partially delivered. One of our group did not receive his entree (pizza). Again it was almost impossible to get anyone's attention to find our server to ask where his meal was. When we finally got his attention we had to ask for napkins and silverware (none on the table when our food was delivered). His response was "Oh... that should be coming out soon". #4. The food came but the waiter never checked back. #5. I intended to order something to go to take home to my wife. We managed to flag down a different waiter but was told "I'm a trainee. I can't take orders." We asked her to find our waiter (pointed to him) and she never approached him. Finally, one of our group had to go get him before he came back to our table. #6. At this point everyone at our table was incensed about the terrible service. I asked that the entree ordered "to go" and the check. He seemed surprised when I expressed doubt to his comment "right away". #7. The manger's customer relations skills were good.

Believe they were short on service staff but no excuse for the poor service and food quality we received in a very delayed manor with no explanation or apology.

When we first arrived we were sat promptly however the experience went downhill from there. We ordered an app of wings, a pizza, breadsticks, salad, and tenderloin meal. At one point (about 40 mins after we ordered a tray of food was brought out to a neighboring table. There was food on the tray they didn’t order and my table was asked if it was ours. The item being a tenderloin meal. They handed me the plate. About 5 mins later they came and grabbed the plate from me because it belonged to another table and served it to them after it had been sitting in front of me. We waited about an hour total until our food finally came out. The appetizer came out with our meal. The pizza and bread sticks never came out (this was for our kids). I gave my kids my meal while we waited. Our waitress never stopped by until after 30 mins of the partial order being brought out. When asked where the pizza was at she stated it was just held up for a bit in the other kitchen. I did explain to her the service was unacceptable and that the meal we were still waiting on was for children. It should have been higher priority. I told her to cancel it and the breadsticks as everyone was already done eating. We didn’t receive an apology for the situation at all. Also to note my husband had to go get our silverware and did not receive refills. We will not be back. If you do dine here please note that the pizzas come from a second kitchen and they do not prioritize them for diners at the restaurant over the bowling alley. There is a high chance you will not receive your meal all together.

Thank you for your feedback Courtney, it will be used as a training tool. Your interaction was certainly not a normal experience, far from the standards we hold ourselves to. Our kitchen and cafe prioritize each meal as they come in and process in order received, but it is clear to see that this did not occur and we were not able to complete your meal. Our cafe and kitchen do have slightly different cook times, but that is because of the different items each produces not because of one area of the building or another. I do know this was not a normal situation from our servers, runners, or kitchen and would like the opportunity to earn another chance to show you the great hospitality we are striving to achieve each day. If you would care to, please call so we can discuss further. Mark

Great pizza, poor service and terrible management. We have always liked the pizza and Friday night music bingo but will likely not return after our recent experience… our server was clearly overwhelmed and lots of other staff aimlessly wandering around. We had to go to the bar to get water, food came out at all different times and the worst thing was that my daughter was burned by a completely inept server who threw the hot plate at her (instead of letting her know it was warm and setting it down). The manager made excuses and clearly does not have the ability to lead his staff on a busy Friday night. Overall truly terrible and disappointing. We’ll take our money elsewhere- plenty of other good spots.
