   Please everyone note the low overall rating for this restaurant is due to some mishap on NYE involving a power outage. We had a great experience. Service was a bit slow but ambience views and value were all there. It was a very congenial atmosphere with lots of tables cross chatting. Good music. Recommend.

   We had a great time at Al Fresco's! Great roof top bar that had amazingly good food! The entire experience was great, I would highly recommend!

   Ganz schlechte Erfahrung. Man hat uns über eine Stunde nach Ankunft noch nicht bedient, wir hatten eine Flasche Prosecco und kaltes spärliches Abendessen und sollten am schluss 250 Dollar dafür bezahlen. Nicht zu empfehlen! Das Essen war sehr schlecht und überhaupt nicht so wie auf den Bildern online. Serviert wurde auf Papiertellern und in Plastikbechern. Super grosse Enttäuschung!

   This was far and away the worst dining experience I ever had. They forced a $95/person prix fix on us and served us store bought food in small portions on paper plates. Course one was “birthday sandwiches” which is spam and velveeta blended and spread on sliced bread that is then cut into circles. Next was the typical caprese salad on a skewer this time with a twist that the basil was a bit of mixed greens and the mozzarella had been replaced by a melon balled bit of cream cheese. For the final insult we had the dryest coldest pork that has ever been served alongside macaroni salad (deli style), a ritz cracker with a bit of surimi on top with no seasoning whatsoever, and a bit of rice. Portions were insultingly small and all room temp. Oh yeah we got “champagne” too which was a $7.99 bottle. No desert. This whole process took 3.5 hours. At the end they gave themselves a 30% service charge. This was non-negotiable. With two cocktails each it came out to $170 per person. We basically got robbed without a gun.

   The service was terrible, we did not feel welcome. There were many gringos and they were the only ones who served. The place is very uncomfortable and too noisy. The menu does not have much variety. I do not recommend it especially for locals. El trato fue pésimo no nos sentíamos acogidos. Habían muchos gringos y ellos eran los únicos que atendían. El lugar es muy incomodo y demasiado ruidoso. El menú no tiene mucha variedad. No lo recomiendo especialmente para los locales.

   We tried to dine here on NYE and had a reservation, but the restaurant did not seem prepared for the guests as they were SEVERELY understaffed. We were seated after 30 minutes after our reservation but did have anyone come to our table for the next 25-30 minutes, so we left. We saw other patrons leave after saying they had waited over an hour without food. In fairness, we never tasted the food (which we had eaten in a previous visit) because we left before we were even able to order drinks. Suggest that the bar/restaurant properly staff for expected reservations or otherwise don’t take reservations. (Also, in fairness, this is the second time where we have tried to dine here and the delay to have food come out seems extensive.

   It was a rough night due to the power outage but after an hour of waiting for a sangria and a cheese plate we had to leave. Wait staff were doing their best but not sure it would be much better on a different night. :(.

   LOVED this quaint rooftop bar!!! Great tapas and even better drinks! Everything was amazing! Very flexible and kind owner/waiter. It’s Puerto Rico, so like everywhere else in the island, have a quality time and don’t expect the food to come right out as you may in NY. This place truly is a treasure!

    This was such a great experience! It was a bit of a slow night, but the view was wonderful, the drinks were delicious, and the fries with seasoning were exactly what I wanted! Thank you so much for the fun night ☺️☺️
