Our design concept is 'Water". Water brings relaxation to our minds, restoration to our bodies, and enjoyment in our lives. The wave like curve of our roofline draws you into our welcoming lobby with a beautiful blown-glass chandelier and spectacular handcrafted canoe. See our 4,000 gallon salt-water aquarium, featuring live mangrove trees and a variety of aquatic life. Enter our main dining area through a two-story houseboat, salvaged from our original location. Restore yourself under the canopy of our tree forest beginning with a raw-edge slab wood bar through to our main dining and large party room, boasting amazing views of Lake Allatoona and spectacular sunsets.

Without a doubt, the best steaks I have ever had. I came back tonight for my 2nd visit, and it was as good as the first time. The calamari was excellent, you've got to try it! They make their own cheesecake, a perfect ending to a great meal. The two servers I have experienced were first rate - personable, but they respect your privacy. If you go now (late winter) its not busy and you can get a table most nights. But once the marina opens. you'll need a reservation. If you're not familiar with the location, you'll think you've made a wrong turn - but the road ends at the marina and the restaurant is right beside it. Come early and grab a table overlooking the water !

Nice place, it was a little different tonight. We was told there was a new chef. We will have to say definitely a different taste. Service was ok , again different wait staff, the young lady was new.

This is a hidden gem. The restaurant sits overlooking lake Allatoona, very nice. The steaks were nicely done, although I ordered mine Pittsburgh style and it wasn't charred enough. The side dishes are excellent. Herb encrusted group was fantastic and the Krispy Creme bread pudding was a must have... very shareable. Service was great.

We have been to AG steakhouse once before. We made reservations to celebrate Valentine’s Day since we had a good first experience. This time it was just okay, we were hoping for great. Even though we had a reservation we were sat in what seemed like overflow seating, we could see the coat rack and didn’t feel like we made it all the way into the restaurant when we were sat at a small table in the entrance way in front of the bathrooms. The seafood tower was definitely the star of the show, the picanha steak was just okay it was over cooked and lacked flavor, the scallops were cooked well however the risotto was bland. Of course we loved the bread pudding.

The food is great. The ambience is great. Our waitress was too busy and slow. The valet parking is a good convenience but the guys working the valet are terrible and need customer service training.
