   From the lovely phone call the day before arriving, to the time we parked and walked in the door, staff, hotel and overall feel was so welcoming. Amazing place for a birthday celebration and the staff singing happy birthday made my partners week!!! Thanks so much. Above and beyond expectations.

   I had a delightful afternoon tea experience! The service was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcomed. Every detail was beautifully thought out, from the presentation of the food to the cozy atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wonderful selection of fresh pastries, finger sandwiches, and perfectly brewed tea. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, indulgent afternoon.

   It was a lovely afternoon tea treat, so relaxing with delicious food and spectacular views. The staff are all very helpful and friendly, we will definitely be back for another afternoon treat!

   Noise level of people in the area on check out was very high. Service by Clodagh was amazing. She was friendly attentive great attitude very good at serving very knowledgeable and great at dealing with people. Ash was very good at serving the coffees with a coffee art. Emilio was amazing at playing the piano a great asset to the Hotel great musician and created an amazing atmosphere in the Sugar lounge area.

   A stunning environment from the high ceilings, views of the Powerscourt gardens to the soft furnishings and china, the lounge is lovely. Our server, while pleasant, was distracted and the service suffered. The savoury and sweet offerings were both creative and well presented; the volume however was unreasonable leaving us feeling that we had wasted food and resources. Afternoon tea is a cherished tradition; this one fell short.

    Party of 5 had afternoon tea in the Sugarloaf Lounge, Powerscourt Hotel. We sat at 12:45 and there was only one couple in the lounge at the time. The view is beautiful, the music playing was very lovely and just the correct volume. Our server Emilia was so professional and the perfect amount of friendly. She explained the whole service and was attentive throughout without being intrusive. The food was delicious and of high standard and a delight to the eyes. We availed of a take home box for cakes we hadn’t the room to consume. My only suggestion would be a larger table given we were a party of five who ordered different teas and probably needed extra room for a the delph required.
