Overall ok, staff were pleasant enough but not very attentive, we had to constantly attract attention to get service. Food delivery was swift and generally good, however they had run out of 3 main courses by 130pm, so that wasn’t ideal. Considering the cost I’d have thought there are better places to go, we thought we’d try here for a change as a birthday treat for my sister in law. I’ve eaten at the restaurants here before and the service was brilliant, as I say the staff were pleasant but needed more customer service training to improve the experience.

Food was absolutely delicious and lots of it. Service was impeccable. Was a birthday treat for a friend and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

This afternoon tea was to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The food was good quality. We were expecting finger sandwiches as that is the norm but the choice of savoury was fine on the palate. Plenty of tea and we left with a couple of doggy boxes. A little disappointing that when we received the bill it showed the price of a glass of Prosecco as being £7.75 when the menu showed it as £7.00. The waiter was surprised but conceded the difference as it was shown on the menu. Overall an okay experience.

Excellent afternoon tea. Lovely, attentive staff, great value for money. Lovely selection of products. Too much took the cakes home .

Absolutely delicious afternoon tea. Plenty of different teas to choose from. Would highly recommend but you definitely need to bring your appetite with you!

Oh sorry to have to say, it was a disappointment from the onset. Everyone was walking in not knowing if they should be seated or wait, no member of staff approached anyone to see if they could help, very badly organised. We were finally shown to a dirty table that was then wiped and left soaking wet. The table rocked throughout. Afternoon tea consisted of thick breaded open duck sandwiches (crusts on) with massive fruit scones and a variety of cakes. Afternoon teas for me have always been a table cloth, finger sandwiches, small scones and cakes. But above all good service. Sorry won’t be returning.

Not what we expected. Bill was initially charged incorrectly. Food was not as nice as it looked, sadly. Wouldn't buy again.
