Our largest private dining room seats up to 54 guests while the other two accommodate up to 10 guests each. All of our private dining rooms offer a rustic-luxe ambience perfect for any celebration, event or special occasion. Additionally, 97 West Kitchen and Bar offers two unique Chef’s Table experiences, complete with fully customizable menus and beverage pairings. Our indoor Chef’s Table option seats up to 12 guests at a custom-made table in direct view of the exhibition kitchen, which allows for one-on-one interactions with Chef Grant. The outdoor Chef’s Table option seats up to 14 guests and is located along Marine Creek under a beautiful pergola and crystal chandelier, surrounded by lush greenery and our herb garden.

                                                                    We go to 97 West for our anniversary every year, and honestly I was shocked at how bad every single dish was that we ordered. We ordered: - deviled eggs (eggs were hard and dry, no flavor) - queso & guac (queso dip seemed as if it was just melted cheese, extremely thick and came out cold) - two steaks ( both were meh, neither were juicy/ tasted good) - mashed potatoes (came out cold and dry/ crumbling as if they forgot to add milk to the potatoes or they sat out all day) - Mac and cheese (fine, was good) - Brussels sprouts (fine) Overall, it cost us around $210 with no drinks. Very disappointed to see how bad the restaurant has fallen off since we last came. On top of that, the service wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t good either. Waiter barely checked on us, never asked how our food came out.

                                                                    My partner and I had a fabulous experience at 97 West. We grabbed breakfast the morning after NYE and fell in love with the atmosphere of the bar. I had the Tex-Shuka, which was similar to a traditional shakshuka but with smoky salsa instead of the traditional, sweeter, tomato-based sauce. My partner had the Steak & Eggs breakfast - one truly standout dish for just a traditional "steak and eggs" plate! The steak was cooked perfectly to a medium-rare and was well-seasoned, while the vinegar-based sauce on the side complimented everything perfectly. I would highly recommend this place for breakfast, especially for the prices! Great value for your money here.

                                                                    Fort Worth location! The food was exceptional!! We had the crab cakes, lobster bisque and my husband had the carpetbagger and it was one of the best steaks he's eaten. Hats off to the chef!! We will be back soon! 🥂🍾

                                                                    For such a wonderful hotel and gorgeous restaurant, I think we expected a little bit better steaks and service. Both my husband and I had steaks that were pretty charred and not very flavorful….all the other food was good. The server was fine, just not super helpful. The desserts were delicious, though!
