   Know it was a soft opening, difficult to grade our experience last night. Service was excellent, think the overall ambience was satisfactory, do realize it was a soft opening.

   We came for New Year's Eve and as always, we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. Recently remodeled, the decor is stunning...I cannot think of any restaurant in this area that provides the ambiance that 360 provides. The service and staff are everything you would expect them to be...5 star. The food is always excellent, the flavor and presentation...flawless! It may have been a little noisy on the evening we attended, but it was New Year's Eve after all. It is usually very quiet and the views are beautiful. I would love to keep this restaurant our little secret, but they deserve patrons who appreciate what they offer in fine dining. This is NOT a chicken fingers and fries restaurant...it is definitely an adult venue, although children and teens are certainly welcome, but come bearing that in mind. For a special evening out, 360 is hands down, the best restaurant I've experienced in North Alabama...and that includes the Huntsville and Madison area. I'm extremely happy that we have a restaurant of this caliber here in Florence. I would highly recommend that you experience it for yourself! You won't be disappointed.

   Loved the new menu and decor. Staff was very polite and helpful. Izzy, our waitress, was very friendly and answered every question we had and was very knowledgeable

   My husband had the aged strip steak and Yukon mash potatoes. I had the salmon with risotto. We both had Caesar salads and shared a crème brûlée for dessert. The food was incredible! Portions are much larger than we anticipated and we were able to carry food home with us. Our server was very kind and attentive. She was made our dining experience personal and was easy to chat with. Outstanding date night! Thank you, 360! We will definitely be back.
