Banff's most exclusive brunch! Served in our outdoor dome with 360 views of the Bow Valley. $125 per person. Reservations of 3 guests or less will be subject to a rental fee of $250. GST and gratuity not included. Enjoy a freshly prepared brunch menu featuring Buttermilk Pancakes, Eggs Benedict and other brunch classics! Cheers with Mimosas with assorted juices and berries. Cancellation within 48 hours of the reservation or no show will be subject to a fee of 50% of the per person price. Access to the Dome is limited to 2 hours. From December to March, in the event of frigid weather, the venue may offer an alternative indoor location to ensure your comfort.

Start your day off right with a sunrise breakfast in our 360 Dome! $75 per person. Reservations of 3 guests or less will be subject to a rental fee of $150. GST and gratuity not included. Enjoy a freshly prepared breakfast with signature coffees and juices. Cancellation within 48 hours of the reservation or no show will be subject to a fee of 50% of the per person price. If you are going for brunch, be sure you are hungry! It is a 5 course meal complete with mimosa for $125 per person and there is A LOT of very good food. We took the left overs home and ate for 2 more meals! We did tell the server that we had reservations in the spa after brunch, but the service was a little slow making us late for the next adventure at the Banff Springs. Be sure to tell your server what time you want/need to be out of the dome. Highly recommended, and they should find a way to have more domes. Currently there is only one! You feel very privileged and special dining in the dome.

Really unique experience. The food was fantastic. We also did the wine pairing that was excellent. The service was great, even though the server did have other tables. I will say we couldn’t really see the view or stars at 7pm, so it that is important to you, I would try to go on a clear day and before sunset.

Joe was amazing. I would say this is a don’t miss for anyone in the area. The service was fantastic. The attention to detail was spot on. The food was amazing. No detail was left untouched. Great value for the money. We did brunch on Thanksgiving day and loved every special moment with our family.
