Had high hopes for this place! Service was so bad, usually I’m not a stickler but it took us almost 45 minutes to get our drinks. The food was pretty good and so were the drinks. Not anything that blew me away. Thought I was going to get at least a % of the bill taken off but we did not. Would not come back.

Reservation was at 8:30 and did not get seated until 9pm. There was no remorse or apologies from the staff regarding their overbooking.Food was excellent but did not make up for the lack of attention.

Our waiter never told us the specials, very slow to order pre dinner cocktails, meat not cooked as ordered despite reinforcing the desire, when returned still not cooked as ordered and he never checked. The meal was finally removed from the bill, but the ambience had already been ruined. Too bad, I really like this restaurant, nice atmosphere and the food is good when cooked as ordered.

I was looking forward to returning after the wonderful experience I had last year, but my visit tonight did not meet my expectations. My mom, brother, and I had an early reservation since we had a scheduled show later, but we quickly noticed that the service was slower than we anticipated. Our drinks were served only after we finished our appetizers, and my coffee was lukewarm. Our server seemed somewhat disengaged, which diminished the overall experience. And for some reason there was a fan or AC being cranked in the dining room right above where we were sitting while it was below 20 degrees outside. The food quality was okay, except for the Caesar salad, which was not particularly tasty. I truly believe we would have enjoyed the meal more if the service had matched our expectations. While I understand the importance of managing table turnover within a specific timeframe, we hadn’t even reached the two-hour mark when we felt rushed by the end of our meal. It was surprising to receive the check before we had even been served our dessert—tea and espressos—which we ultimately had to ask to be removed from the bill since they were never brought to us. I noticed what I assume was the manager frequently hovering around the dining area, clearly prioritizing table turnover. His insistence on quickly clearing tables, driven by the waiting guests, overshadowed the importance of fostering a more attentive and enjoyable dining atmosphere. The location is absolutely lovely in the winter, and I appreciate the cozy(besides the temperature control), homey decorations and ambiance. However, after this experience, I don’t think I will be returning.

Food took too long to come and we could see that people that came after us got their food much faster. Brunch menu has nothing special. We asked for on the rocks cocktails and we were told that they don’t have it. Place is beautiful and comfortable

My friends and I decided to come here for one of their birthdays, because some of us had been previously and really liked it! We made a reservation for 6:30, got there for 6:30, was told our table would be ready in “a few minutes”… 45 minutes later, we were finally seated. Keep in mind there were 4 of us, we weren’t with a massive party. Once we were seated, the manager let us know the first round would be on the house given the wait - much appreciated! Then, around 7:40, we placed our meal orders and for the next hour+ we watched everyone around us being served their meals, still not having ours. Finally, got our meals at 9:00 pm and one of them was cold. We were then told “dessert is on the house tonight given the wait”… again, much appreciated, but this wouldn’t have helped the situation if we had literally any where else we needed to be that night! Thank god we weren’t meeting anyone else anywhere, didn’t have a show to go to, etc. Sadly, won’t be returning considering we got there at 6:30 and didn’t leave until 10. Spent most of our night waiting!
