   Our party of 4 was seated promptly and our orders for drinks taken soon after as well as our food order. We were there for lunch. One hour later we were still waiting for our food. We asked our server and other servers during this time to check on our food. No one ever came back to explain the delay. We caught a manager passing by and asked her to please get our food to us ASAP as we had to get on a bus as we were on a bus trip and time was of the essence. There were people seated after us who had already received their food. The Manager did get the food out promptly and apologized. We also asked for our check at that time as we only had about 30 minutes left to eat before having to leave to board our bus. We had allowed 1 hr. 45 minutes for a nice lunch. This was a bad experience and not a good example for The Hotel Bethlehem. The Manager did come back with a second check and informed us they took off the cost of one meal.

   I would’ve rated the food higher, however they were out of several entrées and desserts. This was extremely disappointing. Overall, a beautiful venue but not good for handicapped. I would highly recommend but don’t go on a Sunday evening because they might run out of food

   Was a very special experience - decided to go there for the first time, for our 50th anniversary…. Our server Vaughan was fantastic as was the entire staff,the food was delicious and the room was spectacular. So glad we went; look forward to going there again for our next special occasion.

   We waited over 45 minutes to get our entrees after our drinks were given We had to keep asking someone for check Looks like they were short handed because of a wedding and they said kitchen was busy.

   What a beautiful setting! The terrace is overwhelmingly large, open and well decorated and feels calm and comfortable. The food was beautifully presented and matched in taste and flavor! It was our first time at Hotel Bethlehem and we cannot wait to go back.

   The food was good, and while the server was kind and helpful - service was very, very slow. It took about 70 minutes to receive our entrees after ordering. We have visited the Terrace many times before and never had this problem before.

   We were there for brunch on Sunday. There did not appear to be adequate staff in the dining room. We were never offered refills of our one cup of coffee. We also had to wait a long time for our check. The food in the buffet was good, however, the only option for eggs was a made to order omelet station, with one person cooking. After almost a 30 minute wait, I abandoned the line. I’m sad to say we will not be returning for their Sunday brunch anytime soon.

    Disappointing level of service from a restaurant that is supposed to be high end. An extra long wait for food at a half empty restaurant, with food also coming out cold is not what we had hoped for when celebrating our anniversary.
