   The Chef is absolutely unbelievable at his craft. Another dinner that was phenomenal! We have eaten at high end restaurants over the years, and every time we come to 1509 everything is on point , delicious, and flavors you can’t just get anywhere. The shrimp crostini appetizer was the best appetizer I have ever had. So many flavors that blend so perfectly together and you just want more! The fish special was halibut. I can’t even describe how perfectly cooked and delicious the flavors were. The dessert, the warm peanut butter and chocolate chip, salted caramel drizzle and vanilla bean ice cream. I mean, totally worth waiting for ten minutes, and this is our second time getting that dessert. And to top it off, live saxophone players!

   One dish was fantastic, the other was the 8 oz filet and that was meh. That said, I would go back in a heartbeat. Also, the staff were amazing!

   We had a great overall experience at 1509. From the receptionist to our waitress, the staff was very friendly and efficient. The food was wonderful.

   We don’t often leave St. Simons to eat dinner in Brunswick. However, 1509 is well worth the drive. We love the French onion soup. The salad top with perfectly cooked salmon was excellent. According to our friend, the burger was one of the best ever. Our server, Holly, was great!

   We had 5 people dining with a large variety of appetizers, entrees, and desserts. EVERY dish was perfect as were the drinks. The service was excellent. 1509 has earned its place as one of the three top restaurants in the area!

    We've been here 3 times now, and it's never been anything less than fantastic. The service, the food, the atmosphere. It's always good. The menu is consistent, but there are always specials if you are looking for something different. If you are looking for a "nice dinner", this is my go to place in Brunswick. Never disappointed.
