   Food was great, as we know it. Ambiance great. Music good. This time we were very unlucky with the service. Turned us down this time.

   We fled the LA fires. Ate here twice over a 3 day stay. Has some of the better food and nicest staff in Palm Springs. They are also very understanding of GF/Celiac. Will return.

   Server rushed our apps & food out together & never came back! Had to get up & go to the bar for a water refill. Was trying to enjoy a friends visit as we hadn’t seen each other in years. I told the server we would be using the table for a long catch up & she would be taken care of on our departure. She left the bill & never came back. I’m really tired of poor service when you’re paying $34 for a salad! I was a server when I was younger & I’m still in the Service industry as a hairdresser. If I treated my guests as she treated us I wouldn’t have a clientele. It’s really sad owners don’t pay better attention to this problem. It seems to be OK here in PS in many of the local businesses! Get it together PS! We ALL demand better.

   Some sandwiches were really good and their Thai shrimp salad was drenched in dressing - only to find out there was literally a bowl of dressing/soup at the bottom of the salad. Prices were high for the quality.

    Excellent burgers (including gluten free) and best Cubano in town! They even have great gluten free buns! Great service. Terrific fries. Price remains excellent. We ate outdoors so noise was not an issue. Gets noisy indoors.
