   I visited this establishment hoping for a pleasant experience, but it fell far short of expectations. We arrived at around 9:45 PM and weren’t seated until 10:25 PM. During that time, no one acknowledged us, nor were we assisted in finding a place to sit—we had to find seating ourselves, which set the tone for the poor service that followed. The food was extremely disappointing. It was cold, stale, and lacked any freshness or quality. Additionally, I felt rushed throughout the meal due to the timing of the fireworks on the rooftop. I had specifically requested that my main course be served after the fireworks, but this was denied as the kitchen was closing. This lack of flexibility and understanding was frustrating, especially considering it wasn’t my fault they were short on time. Despite paying a substantial amount for the experience, the service was abysmal. There was no sympathy or effort made to rectify the situation. I’ve had much better experiences at places like Sky Garden or other free rooftop venues, where I was treated far better and didn’t have to pay extra for subpar service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a good meal or enjoyable atmosphere. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and entirely lacking in hospitality. Save your money and your time.

   Went on nye. Table reserved for 2130 but didn’t get sat until 2210. The six course meal then felt very rushed in order to be finished by midnight to see the fireworks. Service was okay, however there were multiple servers which I don’t like. In addition to this, the meat course was steak and we were not asked how we wanted this cooked and it arrived rare. We did speak with the manager and they removed charges from our bill which we appreciated. However, overall for £220 per person I would not recommend.

   Dinner at NYE: Unfortunately, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Be warned—they enforce a strict time limit for dinner, which completely ruins the atmosphere. We booked a 6-course meal, but the timing was so rushed that it left just about 15 minutes between each course. This is utterly unreasonable and made the evening feel more like a race than an enjoyable dining experience. The service was equally frustrating. Our server seemed entirely uninterested, clearly counting down the minutes until we had to leave the table. The attitude was dismissive and, frankly, rude, leaving us feeling unwelcome and undervalued. While the view is undeniably great, the food was just average—certainly not worth the hype or the price. For such an occasion, you expect something far more memorable in both quality and service. Overall, I would strongly advise skipping this place, especially for New Year’s Eve. They are clearly more focused on maximizing profit than providing a genuine and pleasant experience for their guests. Save your time, money, and patience for a venue that actually values its customers.

   First-time customers should receive a detailed explanation of their bills. Why should customers be charged service fees and donations to charity without being informed in advance?

   We has a great time - meat sublime. Vegetarian option (gnocchi) slightly disappointing as not cooked amazingly and artichoke, while delicious, was far sparser than anticipated. Flavours brilliant though, a true delight for the tastebuds!

   We received a warm welcome, and the food was excellent, but the service left much to be desired. We were disappointed by the lack of care and attention to detail. One side order arrived late, and the sauce for the steak was brought out only after my husband had nearly finished his meal. Not really what we were expecting

   The staff were not very welcoming. There was only one that was kind of helpful but the rest were very angry because I was checking out the place.

    The restaurant itself is beautiful and views are fantastic. However we were very disappointed with everything else. The food was well presented but lacking in flavor & the rice on my husband’s dish was extremely salty. The service was very poor and the staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming which was a great shame. I would not recommend this restaurant I’m sure you can get the views else with better service & food.
