                                                            My Experience booking though open table was Great, party of 4, 8pm booking, 15 minutes early , How ever there was no booking on there system, Finally after 10 minutes and a few rise voices it was resolved, Great evening, Looking at the reviews it seems a common problem, Book derict with 12 knots , 🥳

                                                            We had a terrible experience at 12th knot. We had a table booked through open table. Upon arrival we were told that they couldn’t see our reservation but we were told to go upstairs and check with the concierge. Whilst at the door the security guard made a gesture to the woman on the door to not let us in. We believe this was based on the way we were dressed as we were not super fancy or in designer clothing. Once we got up the stairs we were told they did not have our reservation even when we were able to show the reservation on the open table app. We left embarrassed and our night was ruined. Very disappointed at the way we were judged and treated. Will not return.

                                                            Was fine but wanted to sit facing the river and they didn't move us even when there were free seats and we were there first. You also have to flag servers down so they could stand being a bit more attentive. But the cocktails are exceptional and it's v chilled to have a drink n a chat.

                                                            Excellent customer service - we were quite late for our reservation, but the team has kindly allowed us to come anyway. Very much enjoyed the ambience, drinks and an amazing view of London!

                                                            It was great place to go. My friends loved it. I would add more free alcohol cocktails. As I didn´t have any chance to choose. It was only one.

                                                            Great rooftop bar and excellent cocktails. This is not a restaurant though as per what the website states that is suitable for dinner. DJ was very good and friendly personnel. The food was okay and was served in platters. They did not bring any plates or cutlery so we ended having hot dog and sushi in a napkin.
