We arrived at our reservation time and requested outdoor seating but were told it was full, so we sat inside. Curiously, during our one-hour stay, there were only two other occupied tables—and just one was outside. While they haven't received their liquor license yet, they did offer a complimentary glass of wine. The sodas ordered by others were noticeably flat with no carbonation. Despite these issues, the service was exceptional, and the food was both fresh and delicious.

Great creative and yummy sushi rolls! BUT, Very disappointed in the wagyu toast appetizer that was an inch by 1/2 inch size that took 45 minutes to come to the table and was meant to be shared by the 4 of us! 🥲 That shouldn’t even be on the menu in my opinion! Otherwise friendly service! Just took a bit too long though, and starvation was setting in! Also no liquor license meant we had to byob!

First time at 1111 Nikkei and glad to have the restaurant in the neighborhood. We sat outside and the experience was serene. Food was amazing.

Soda wasn’t carbonated. Food took a really long time to arrive. Servers were friendly and food was delicious though expensive for the portion size.
