   Beautiful anytime of year but especially wondrous during the holidays. The staff is kind and friendly and Queen Mary herself checks in on the guests to ensure everyone is enjoying their tea. We live in LA but anytime we come up to Seattle, Queen Mary is a must visit!

   The service was wonderful even by Mary herself. Never disappoints. We go every year this is the first time at the holidays and it was so festive.

   This is my second time dining here, I chose if for my birthday treat and brought my mom who was visiting from out of town. We waited for 35 minutes before being seated and there were numerous open tables. This was hard on my mom who is elderly. In addition we stood in entrance way for over 20 minutes before being acknowledged along with about 11 other people. It was a tight squeeze. The food here is delicious and they have a really good selection of teas. But the "boss" was apparently off yesterday and the staff were seriously in need of some management. This will not deter me from going again, unless the next time I experience the same situation.

   A place fit for royal celebrations! Today, we went with family to celebrate Christmas. The tea was delicious and the kids afternoon tea service was wonderful. The server was incredibly attentive and the food was superb. We can’t wait to come back next time!

   I’ve come to Queen Mary’s many times over the years and it is without question a really special place. The ambiance for a special time with a young granddaughter is magical. This is what the high cost in my opinion is going towards. The food though was disappointing. We did the children’s and adult afternoon tea. The two quiche bites for the two adults seemed a quarter size and the other bites were tasty but such an unsatisfying quantity and variety. The soup was ok. Next time, and most likely there will be a next time because where else can you go in Seattle to have the holiday ambience like QM’s in a small business., I’ll opt for an entree from the menu.

    There needs to be more tea rooms like Queen Mary over on the Eastside! Us 3 ladies enjoyed our time, sipping tea, admiring the beautiful decor, and delighting in every bite of the beautifully presented morsels. The gluten free afternoon tea didn’t taste gluten free. I appreciated how the bread for the tea sandwiches was moist and not mushy at all. Our server was cheerful and helpful. We didn’t feel rushed and had a great time looking at all the tea related items in the emporium. Thank you for a great experience.
