   All 3 hosts were friendly and warm. We were seated closest to the beach, lovely background, easy to move about the dining area and buffet area. Although the restaurant was busy, it was very comfortable with the seating capacity, not overcrowded. The dining staff monitoring and refilling the buffet line were very friendly, each of them greeting us with Aloha. Eric our server, was very friendly and our glasses of water, always filled. My only disappointment was with the valet service when we first drove into the driveway. The valet person, didn't acknowledge, greet or guide us . It was busy with cars and I paused waiting for him to give us directions, which was never given. I understand we all have our bad days, but for an establishment like the Kahala, at the least, a greeting would have been appreciated. Upon leaving, the valet service was excellent, with friendly, polite and efficient service.

   We were overall disappointed with the quality of food. We rarely do buffets due to this but trusted this would be at a higher level given the Kahala brand as we have experienced at other hotels like Four Seasons or Halekulani The fresh catch was way overcookedand couldn’t eat it. The chicken was cold and stale. The prime rib was tasteless not as described. The salmon was farm raised not even wild caught and could not eat it. The watermelon was not fresh and the pineapple was not ripe and I’ve had better on the mainland. The deserts were poor quality, the crumble was low quality as well, felt like a cheap apple pie from Safeway.

   I love this place my go to Friday night on the way home charge the Tesla excellent meal perfect atmosphere there's a little grass and beachfront for the kids to play don't get any better than this place thank you

   朝食の利用。9時過ぎは比較的空いていて過ごしやすかったです。ブッフェのみなのか調べてもよく分からなかったけど、実際にはブッフェか普通の朝食メニューから一品ずつ選べました。 エッグベネディクトは上品な仕上がりで、ウベを使った紫色のパンが使用されていて全体的に優しい味付け。がっつり系の食事に飽きていたので個人的にはお気に入り！Thin Pancakesもホイップされたメープルソースは落ち着いた甘さ。量も丁度いい。 サービスはブッフェメインのレストランだから目を引くサービスは特にないけど皆んなほんわかで優しく満足でした。期待通り！ワイキキの喧騒を離れて優雅な朝食を楽しめました。また来たい！

   Three of us had a late lunch at Plumeria outdoors overlooking the ocean. We all ordered one margherita pizza to share and the Beach House Salad plus a couple of beers and pineapple iced tea. We split the coconut cake for dessert. The food was delicious and the service by Brian, impeccable. Although pricey, the ambience and excellent service make this a good value in our minds, particularly for a leisurely meal. Highly recommended!

   The food as usual was delicious. I had guests in town and wanted them to experience the Kahala before they returned to the mainland. The service was first rate as was the ambience. Never had a negative experience there.

   いぜんより品数も減り残念でした　味も以前より落ちた気がしました　雰囲気は最高でしたが、スタッフのバタバタしてる感じがありました。

    I've been to this buffet many times, but was disappointed this time. The quality of the food was not as I had experienced in the past. Many of the hot dishes were cold, many dishes weren't restocked in a timely manner, and several dishes were out or substituted with a another dish. I can understand dishes were cold and out if we had a late reservation, but we had an early reservation. The service was slow, but we understood the staff did the best they could as the buffet was fairly busy.
