- DDavidSeattle / Eastern Washington •9 reviews4.0Dined on Feb 23, 2025Almost perfect dinner - our waiter, Jorge, was exceptional throughout the meal. His recommendation to start with the sopes with shredded pork was perfect, and he had a great balance of being present without hovering. He was also very patient and gracious with our limited Spanish. The flavor and preparation of our entrees - tamarind shrimp, and enchiladas with three moles - was fantastic, as were our desserts (flan, and a sweet corn cake). The only drawback - and for the cost it was significant - was that the entrees arrived within a minute of the appetizer, and while they were taken away and re-served about 10 minutes later, somehow the shrimp remained appropriately heated but the enchiladas were mostly at room temperature. We did not want to complain at the time, having seen too many Americans abroad do so with great rudeness and did not trust our Spanish to do so appropriately. Thankfully even lukewarm the enchiladas were very good - but it still took a bit out of an otherwise great experience.More infoCorazón de MagueyPrice: Expensive• Traditional Mexican• Coyoacan•4.6

- OTOpenTable DinerMexico City •1 review4.0Dined on Oct 19, 2024The place is really nice, the savoury plates are good well served and fairly good value for money but nothing outstanding, juices are freshly made but too small, avoid the fruit plate as you get charged for a plate and it’s merely an “assorted fruits sample” Their “Crown Jewels” for breakfast are the sweet bakery and their French toast which is qui good, better than many similar places.More infoBencomoPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Mexican• Jardines del Pedregal•4.6
