The well-balanced maki were a difference maker compared to a lot of other sushi restaurants. They were very well composed, and the flavors incorporated complimented each other very well. Thoughtfully developed cocktail menu and nice variety of sakes as well.More infoShimogamo Japanese Restaurant - ChandlerPrice: Expensive• Japanese• Chandler•4.8

The atmosphere is chic and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly attentive and thoughtful, making the dining experience truly enjoyable. The ingredients are impressively fresh, and the flavor combinations are unique and expertly crafted. Every dish feels meticulously prepared with incredible attention to detail. We tried their happy hour special—a 10-course tasting menu for just $120 for two people—and it was absolutely worth it. Each dish was a delightful surprise, full of creativity and balanced flavors. The pork belly skewer with green sauce was a standout, perfectly tender with a vibrant, savory kick. Overall, Uchi is the perfect place for an elevated dining experience without breaking the bank, especially during happy hour. Highly recommended!More infoUchi ScottsdalePrice: Very Expensive• Sushi• Central Scottsdale•4.8
- JJenniferNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 19, 2024Came in for a quick bite! Everything we had was fabulous. One of my favorite sushi restaurants to go to when I fly in from New York. Had the toro which was to die for! Had the tuna tartare on crispy rice, the kimchi wagyu beef dumplings and my husband had the tuna and salmon avocado rolls. Normally I don’t eat salmon but here I do! I only wish there was a place that had this type of service, ambience and to die for amazing and fresh sushi in New York, which you would think existed!More infoRoka Akor - ScottsdalePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Central Scottsdale•4.8
